2/21/23: Orders shipping out of our Oregon warehouse have been experiencing delays due to a snow storm around our main UPS hubs. 

1/1/23: Orders shipping to Texas may experience delays due to a winter storm currently in the area. Carriers have limited pick ups and are holding packages in some terminals. Some orders in the Texas area may have delays. 

Effective April 5, 2021 the UPS Service Guarantee was reinstated only for the following services:

  • UPS Next Day Air 
  • UPS Worldwide Saver

All other types of shipping methods are not a guaranteed service and may have delays. Shipping fees WILL NOT be reimbursed for these other services. 

Most orders will ship out within 1-7 business days of ordering. We may ship in multiple packages for faster delivery. Your order will be shipped Standard UPS unless noted otherwise via your tracking number. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. While we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, Twisted Trikes cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, COVID etc.

Once your order has generated a shipping label, you will receive an email or text with a tracking number. Note: We do not generate labels until the item(s) are shipping. You can track your shipment using the tracking number online or by calling the shipping carrier. Twisted Trikes CANNOT be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped.

We may combine multiple orders that are being shipped to the same address. In such cases, we do not refund any shipping charges if multiple orders are combined. You may however contact customer support to add or make changes to your orders before your order has been processed by the warehouse. 

Orders with Hazardous items (ie, oils, batteries, aerosols, tires, etc..) will ship via Ground Shipping only and may have a longer lead time.

If your order is returned to sender for non delivery, we will refund the cost of the items minus the shipping fees. ie, be sure the shipping address is good and you are able to receive packages at that location. 

Free shipping discounts are only offered for domestic orders and exclude oversized items which will be calculated during checkout. 

Shipments refused on delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Do I have to pay import or customs fees/taxes?

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and no way of telling you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

Local Pickup Orders made for local pickup are typically ready within 24hrs. An alert will be sent as soon as the order is ready.
